Criss Angel Mindfreak was created by the illusionist Criss Angel. The show runs on the A&E network and has been on for a few years. It is one of A&E’s most popular shows. It is also loved by a younger generation. Criss Angel is an illusionist and a magician. He can change the minds of people in an instant.
In some of his illusions and events, he has been known to cut himself in half with a saw; Angel has also done the unthinkable and walked through a glass window; he has swallowed a coin only for it to show up on his wrist. He also does some stunts that are too dangerous for the average person to try and do.
His magic can be out of the box for a lot of his audience, but they still like it and wouldn’t trade it in for nothing. Criss Angel enjoys shocking people and getting them to show some emotion. Vitelli also performs illusions, not so much for shock value, but to see how his audience perceives the elements of what is going on.
Vitelli is also a magician, but he is labeled more as an illusionist. He has been doing this for many years. When he implements illusions in his performances, he makes the audience not to focus on him and what he is doing and works on diverting their attention.
The illusions show his audiences that the things that they see are not always perceived as such. They may think it’s one thing when it’s really something else. In essence, they ns are performed with a sense of deception. Vitelli’s mind over body method provokes his audience to realize that they can expand their possibilities. The notion of limitation comes from what they have perceived in their minds.
Vitelli uses the human mind and how people will think to create the illusions that he includes in his performances. He is able to give performances that are larger than life because of what he knows about illusions.
Vitelli knows that what people see is not always what the perception should be. When he performs, he knows that he has affected them when he sees the confused and surprised looks on their faces. He realizes then that he has made a statement in how a changed mindset can be created by using scientific and psychological elements.
